Mental Illness - Self Harming - Richey Edwards - IDEAS

Not only is it 'normal' individuals who self harm themselves but there are also celebrities and famous individuals who self harm themselves as well, and one person is Richey Edwards from Manic Street Preaches he disappeared but  before he did he cut himself and in away abused every aspect of his life.

Individuals look up to these stars and think that if they do that then its fine for me to do it and in away they don't think about the trauma and the hurt that these stars are actually going through. It was the same for when Justin Bieber did the drug Weed and all his fans started harming themselves because they were so upset that he has done this to himself, they are very much into the pop star or famous person that they react to everything that happens in that particular persons life.

Back to Richey Edwards, he carved '4 real' into his arm and there was a lot of discussion whether or not to show this image to the public because of the amount of harm and pain that it would cause other individuals especially his fan base which he received over the years.
